Before booking with us, we strongly encourage you to read through our Policies.
IMPORTANT: If you had previous tattoo work done to the treatment area with another artist outside of LoAnn's Brow Art Studio, you will need our go-ahead before scheduling an appointment. Please text us a selfie (natural lighting, full-face, no make-up; no filter) to (248) 924-5450.
Policies & Disclaimers
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
We take pride in providing prompt service to all of our clients.
In order to secure your appointment through our online booking system, your credit card will be charged a non-refundable security deposit towards your service price. This amount will be debited immediately upon booking and authorization. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your scheduled service.
We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give at least 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
This will ensure that we are provided enough time to re-book your appointment slot.
We understand that certain circumstances and emergencies are unavoidable, therefore we will allow ONE reschedule (your deposit will be transferred to your next appointment).
If you fail to provide us at least 24 hour notice of the cancellation/reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited and
a new deposit will be requested to rebook a new appointment. A notation will be made on your file and we reserve
the right to restrict scheduling for those who cancel in excess.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be required to reschedule to ensure we deliver satisfactory service to you and our other clients.
If you do not show up for your appointment (no-show).
We strive to stick to our schedule and respect our client’s time and we kindly ask that you do the same.
